🤝 Referrals

The GalaxyGrails.io Referral Program pays you real account balance when friends you bring to the platform open packs. Share your link, your friend gets a signup bonus, and you earn a commission on their qualifying pack purchases — up to a per-friend cap.

  • Every account gets a unique referral code and referral link (https://galaxygrails.io/?ref=YOURCODE).
  • When someone signs up through your link, they're attributed to you — the link sets a cookie that lasts 7 days, and they can also enter your code by hand at registration.
  • Your friend gets a signup bonus of $10 credited to their Account Funds.
  • You earn a 5% commission on your friend's qualifying pack purchases in global events only — purchases in streamer events do not earn commissions.
  • Commissions are capped at $250 in total per referred friend.
  • Commissions are pending for 7 days, then clear to confirmed and land in your withdrawable account balance.
  • Self-referrals don't count, and balances earned are real cash balance — not points.

🎯 How It Works​

Every account is issued a unique referral code and a matching referral link. You'll find both in your account under Referrals, along with a one-click copy button.

  • Your link looks like https://galaxygrails.io/?ref=YOURCODE.
  • When a new visitor opens your link, the ref code is captured and stored in their browser for 7 days.
  • If they create an account within that window — or paste your code into the referral code field during registration — they're attributed to you as a referred friend.

The signup bonus (for your friend)​

When a referred friend completes signup, GalaxyGrails.io credits a $10 signup bonus to their Account Funds. This is a thank-you for joining through your link and goes to them, not to you.

Commissions (for you)​

Once a friend is attributed to you, you earn a commission on their qualifying pack purchases:

  • Rate: 5% of the pack price, paid to your account balance.
  • Where it applies: global events only. Purchases inside private or streamer events do not generate commissions.
  • Per-friend cap: you can earn up to $250 in total commissions from any single referred friend (lifetime). Once a friend hits the cap, their purchases stop generating commissions for you.

Pending → Confirmed​

Each commission is created in a pending state and held for 7 days. After the hold window passes, it moves to confirmed and is added to your withdrawable account balance.

The hold gives time for refunds, chargebacks, and disputes to settle before money becomes spendable.

📊 Tracking Your Earnings​

Your Referrals dashboard shows everything in one place:

  • Referred friends — everyone who signed up with your link or code, and when.
  • Confirmed earnings — commissions that have cleared the hold and are in your balance.
  • Pending earnings — commissions still inside the 7-day hold window.
  • Per-friend progress — how much each friend has earned you against the $250 cap.
  • Recent commissions — the latest individual commission events and their status.

📝 Things to Know​

  • Real balance, not points. Referral commissions and the signup bonus are credited as actual Account Funds — separate from the Points loyalty program. Confirmed commissions are withdrawable subject to the normal Account Funds and KYC rules.
  • No self-referrals. You can't refer yourself, and the system blocks attribution where the referrer and the new account are the same person.
  • Global events only. Commissions are earned on qualifying pack purchases in global events. Other purchase types do not qualify.
  • Don't spam your link. Sharing your link with friends is encouraged, but posting referral links in platform chat or other community surfaces is not allowed under the Acceptable Use Policy. Share it off-platform — socials, group chats, your own audience.
  • Clawbacks. Commissions tied to a purchase that is later refunded, reversed, or disputed may be cancelled. Earnings can also be forfeited if an account is suspended or terminated for a policy violation.
  • Pausing. If referrals are paused on your account, your past activity stays visible but new signups won't earn commissions until referrals are re-enabled.
  • Subject to change. Commission rates, the signup bonus, hold periods, and the per-friend cap may be tuned over time. The current values for your account are always shown on the Referrals dashboard.
