Getting started
Is online Pokémon pack opening on GalaxyGrails.io legit?
GalaxyGrails.io is a U.S. platform where every pull is a real PSA-graded Pokémon card, and each part of that can be checked rather than taken on trust. The cards are held in PSA's vault under GalaxyGrails.io's custodial account, and you can move yours to your own PSA Vault account. Every pull is drawn by Chainlink VRF on Arbitrum One and has a public proof you can recompute, every pull is listed on the public Transparency page, and every fee is shown as its own line before you pay. See Storage & Vault and Fairness & Transparency.
Who can use GalaxyGrails.io?
GalaxyGrails.io is for people 18 and older located in the United States, which you confirm with a checkbox at your first purchase. If identity verification shows you are under 18, the account is closed to purchases, withdrawals, vault transfers and chat. See KYC Process.
Is GalaxyGrails.io legal in my state?
GalaxyGrails.io is for people 18 and older located in the United States, and its Terms of Service say the platform is available only in jurisdictions where its use is lawful. You are responsible for making sure your participation complies with the local, state and federal laws that apply to you. See Section 3 of the Terms of Service.
Are the cards real PSA slabs?
Every card on GalaxyGrails.io is a real PSA-graded Pokémon card, not a digital placeholder. The cards are held in a climate-controlled vault run by PSA and insured by PSA against loss, damage or destruction under its Vault Terms. See Storage & Vault.
Packs and Breaks
How does a Pack work on GalaxyGrails.io?
A Pack on GalaxyGrails.io is a card pull at a set price whose odds you see before you buy, and it never runs out. Every purchase draws from the same full set of cards, so the odds are the same for every buyer, and you can browse the cards a Pack can draw before buying. Each purchase is one pull, it opens in turn in the line, and the card is a real PSA-graded Pokémon card from the vault. Packs sell in Global Live, and in a streamer's show while that show is live. See Packs.
How does a Break work on GalaxyGrails.io?
A Break on GalaxyGrails.io is a limited set of real PSA-graded Pokémon cards shared by everyone buying into it, with one card per pull. A card someone pulls leaves the Break, and the exact card count is on each Break's page. Pulls open one at a time in purchase order and are revealed live on stage. A Break ends when its remaining value drops below a set share of its starting value, and some Breaks also run a countdown that each purchase resets; when a Break ends, unopened purchases are refunded to your wallet. See Breaks.
What's the difference between a Pack and a Break?
On GalaxyGrails.io a Pack never runs out: every purchase draws from the same full set, with odds shown before you buy that do not change while it is selling. A Break is a limited set of cards shared by everyone buying into it: pulled cards leave the Break, the remaining pulls change as lower-value cards are revealed, and the Break ends when its cards run out or their value gets low. Buyer Protection applies late in a Break and never to Packs. See Packs and Breaks side by side.
What Break formats can I join?
GalaxyGrails.io runs two Break formats. A standard Break, the default, opens pulls one at a time in purchase order. A Head-to-Head has two seats and two cards, both revealed together once the second pull sells; if its countdown runs out first, the first buyer's purchase is canceled and refunded. Sellout Breaks and Coin Flips are retired. See Break formats.
Can someone snipe the end of a Break?
GalaxyGrails.io limits that with Buyer Protection on standard Breaks. Once a Break's remaining value crosses a high threshold late in the run, a short window opens in which only buyers who already bought a minimum number of pulls in that Break can keep buying. Eligible purchases extend the window, a cooldown applies between purchases, and it engages at most once per Break. It does not apply to Head-to-Heads or to Packs. See Buyer Protection.
Can I open Packs and Breaks in a streamer's live show?
GalaxyGrails.io runs live Packs and Breaks with partnered streamers on Channels, and each streamer schedules shows in advance on their Channel's page. In a show the streamer opens each Break pull, Packs sell in the show and open in turn, and cards, funds, Buyback, Buyer Protection and fairness work the same as in Global Live. Hosts cannot buy Packs or Breaks in their own show. See Channels.
Do I earn points for opening Packs and Breaks?
GalaxyGrails.io gives you points when you open Packs and Breaks, and points can pay for later purchases; at checkout they apply before your wallet balance. See Points.
Odds and fairness
What are the odds in a GalaxyGrails.io Pack?
GalaxyGrails.io shows each Pack's odds in the app before you buy, and those are the odds that apply to your pull. Odds can change from one version of a Pack to the next, so the app is always the place to read them. A fingerprint of every Pack version, its odds and its cards, is recorded on Arbitrum One before it goes on sale, so the odds cannot be changed once it is selling. See Pack fairness.
How do I know a GalaxyGrails.io pull isn't rigged?
GalaxyGrails.io records a fingerprint of every Pack's odds and every Break's card list on a public blockchain before anyone buys, and Chainlink VRF draws a fresh random number for each pull when it opens. Nobody, including GalaxyGrails.io, can predict or change a result, and every pull can be checked. See Fairness & Transparency.
How is a Pack pull picked?
Each version of a GalaxyGrails.io Pack fixes its odds and the cards it can draw, and a fingerprint of that version is recorded once on Arbitrum One before it goes on sale. Each Pack pull gets one Chainlink VRF random number, which cannot be re-requested or replaced: it picks a value band by the version's odds, then the first available card in that band, and a card already awarded to another pull is never awarded twice. See Pack fairness.
How is a Break pull picked?
Before a GalaxyGrails.io Break goes on sale, its full card list is fixed and a fingerprint of it is written to a public blockchain. When your pull opens, Chainlink generates a random number for that pull on Arbitrum One, and your card is picked from the cards still left in the Break, each with an equal chance whatever its price or rarity. The result is permanent and cannot be re-rolled. See Break fairness.
How do I verify a pull on chain?
Every GalaxyGrails.io Pack pull has a proof page and every Break pull has a proof panel, both linked from the Transparency page. Each one recomputes the result in your browser and reads the random number straight from the public record on Arbitrum One, so you do not have to take it on trust. The developer guides include scripts that recompute a pull independently. See Pack fairness and Break fairness.
What is the GalaxyGrails.io contract address?
GalaxyGrails.io draws on Arbitrum One through the contract 0x6307958ab4c4728Da9C2599717Ade879BD72cF60, whose code is verified on Arbiscan and Sourcify. See Fairness & Transparency.
Were earlier GalaxyGrails.io pulls verifiable too?
GalaxyGrails.io's first two fairness versions ran on Polygon with one Chainlink random number per Break. Version 1 derived every pull from it, and anyone can replay a version 1 Break from public data. Version 2 mixed in a secret salt whose fingerprint was recorded on-chain beforehand and published when the Break ended, so a version 2 Break can be checked after that reveal. Version 3, in use since September 30, 2026, gives each pull its own random number on Arbitrum One, and a Break keeps the version it went on sale with. See Break fairness.
Buyback
How does buyback work, and how much do I get back?
Every card you pull from a Pack or Break on GalaxyGrails.io comes with a buyback offer for a limited window, shown in the app. The percentage is set by the price of the Pack or Break you buy, not by the card. At the time of writing:
| Price of the Pack or Break | Buyback rate |
|---|---|
| Under $100 | 85% |
| $100 to $499.99 | 88% |
| $500 and up | 90% |
The rate is shown before you buy and again before you confirm a sale, and the figure in the app is always the authoritative one. The price shown at the pull is locked until the offer ends, and once you accept, the sale is final and the proceeds are credited right away. See Buyback.
What happens if I don't sell my card back in time?
When a buyback offer on GalaxyGrails.io ends, the card can no longer be sold back, and you still own it. You can keep it in the vault or move it to your own PSA Vault account. See Buyback.
Paying and fees
How do I pay for a Pack or Break?
GalaxyGrails.io has no separate add-funds step. When you buy, a signup discount applies first, then points if they are switched on, then your wallet balance, and a saved card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or a stablecoin payment covers any remainder. Paying from your balance has no fee. See Account Funds.
What fees do I pay on GalaxyGrails.io?
GalaxyGrails.io charges a card processing fee of 2.9% plus $0.30 only on the part a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay pays, and a stablecoin payment has no processing fee. A flat service fee can apply to a paid Pack or Break, and when it does it shows as its own line before you pay. Storage in the vault and PSA Vault Transfers are free, and no sales tax is collected. See Account Funds and Section 9 of the Terms of Service.
Is there a minimum card charge?
Card charges on GalaxyGrails.io are at least $1.00, and anything over the gap stays in your wallet. If a purchase fails after the charge, for example because a Break ended first, the money stays in your wallet and the card processing fee is not refunded. See Account Funds.
Where do I see every charge before I pay?
GalaxyGrails.io shows each charge as its own line before you confirm, including the price, any service fee, any processing fee and the total. The Terms of Service list the fees in full. See Section 9 of the Terms of Service.
Do I pay sales tax on GalaxyGrails.io?
GalaxyGrails.io does not collect sales tax on any transaction, because every card stays in PSA's vault in Delaware, which has no state sales tax, and nothing is delivered elsewhere. See Sales Tax.
Storage and PSA Vault Transfer
Where are my cards kept?
Cards on GalaxyGrails.io are held in a climate-controlled vault run by PSA, under GalaxyGrails.io's custodial account, and you are the beneficial owner of the cards allocated to you. A card leaves your account when you sell it back through the Buyback Program or move it to your own PSA Vault account. See Storage & Vault.
Can I get the physical card?
GalaxyGrails.io does not ship cards: you take ownership by moving the card to your own PSA Vault account in a PSA Vault Transfer. The card moves vault to vault inside PSA's facility, and from then on it is held under your own agreement with PSA. See PSA Vault Transfers.
How does a PSA Vault Transfer work?
A PSA Vault Transfer moves cards from GalaxyGrails.io's custodial account at PSA to your own PSA Vault account, vault to vault, so the cards never leave PSA's facility and nothing ships. One transfer can carry 1 to 50 cards, and they go to the PSA Vault email on your account; PSA creates an account at that address if you do not have one. See PSA Vault Transfers.
What does a PSA Vault Transfer need, and does it cost anything?
PSA Vault Transfers on GalaxyGrails.io are free. Every transfer needs identity verification and a two-factor code emailed to you, and you accept PSA's and Collectors' terms. Some transfers are reviewed before they start, and a transfer that is rejected returns the cards to your inventory. See PSA Vault Transfers.
Withdrawals and your account
What can I withdraw from GalaxyGrails.io?
GalaxyGrails.io lets you withdraw what you have earned: buyback proceeds, confirmed referral and Channel commissions, and balance corrections. Unspent card deposits are not withdrawable, but you can ask support to refund them to the original card, subject to the payment processor's time limits. See Account Funds.
How do withdrawals work?
A withdrawal on GalaxyGrails.io goes to your linked Stripe account and needs a verified identity and an emailed two-factor code every time. Per-request minimums and maximums and rolling daily and weekly limits apply, and the current limits are in the app. Some withdrawals are reviewed first, decided by a check of the account rather than its age, and you can cancel one while it is in review. See Withdrawals.
Is there a hold on new deposits?
New card deposits on GalaxyGrails.io have a 3-day security hold, and a stablecoin deposit has none. Held funds can still buy Packs and Breaks but do not count toward withdrawals, and buyback proceeds are never held. See Deposit Hold Policy.
When do I need to verify my identity?
GalaxyGrails.io asks for identity verification through Stripe Identity before every withdrawal and every PSA Vault Transfer, not to sign up or to buy Packs or Breaks. It checks a government photo ID against a live selfie, and a verification lasts about three years. See KYC Process.
How do I reach support?
You can reach GalaxyGrails.io support from the contact page or at [email protected], for account questions and for accessibility barriers alike.
