🏛️ Storage & Vault

Every card you pull on GalaxyGrails.io is stored securely in our Delaware vault under GalaxyGrails.io's custodial account until you decide to ship it home or sell it back through the Buyback Program.

How storage works​

  • Cards live in a climate-controlled, fully insured vault facility operated by our third-party vault custodian.
  • While in the vault, cards are held under GalaxyGrails.io's custodial account — you are the beneficial owner of the cards allocated to you, and you can request shipment of any card at any time (subject to identity verification and shipping fees).
  • Real, professionally graded cards — no digital placeholders or replicas. Each card is certified by PSA, CGC, or BGS.

Vault insurance​

Cards stored in the vault are insured by the vault custodian against loss, damage, or destruction while in vault custody, subject to the vault custodian's published vault terms.

The vault custodian's terms govern coverage limits, claims procedures, claims deadlines, and exclusions. GalaxyGrails.io will cooperate reasonably to assist you in filing a claim, but your ultimate recourse is governed by the vault custodian's vault terms and insurance policies.
