When you're ready to take ownership of a card, request a vault transfer from your account. Your card is transferred directly from GalaxyGrails.io's PSA Vault account to your own PSA Vault account — no physical shipping is involved. Every card on GalaxyGrails.io is Secured by PSA Vault, before and after transfer.

Before you transfer​

  • You must have completed identity verification (KYC) — this is required for every vault transfer request, not only your first. See KYC Process for details.
  • You must supply the email address for your own PSA Vault account. If you don't already have one, PSA will create an account for you using that address.
  • You must accept PSA's and Collectors' terms — see the consent notice below. Both consent checkboxes are required to proceed.
  • You'll need to enter a two-factor code emailed to you to submit the request. See Account & Security.
  • Transfer fees are itemized before you confirm.

Your agreement with PSA and Collectors​

By transferring your cards to your PSA Vault account, you agree that the PSA Vault will make an account in your name and also agree to the Collectors User Agreement and PSA Vault Terms of Service and acknowledge the Collectors Privacy Policy.

This is the same statement you accept when you submit a transfer request.

This agreement is directly between you and PSA/Collectors. GalaxyGrails.io is not a party to it and cannot vary its terms on your behalf.

How it works​

  1. You select the cards and submit the request. The cards are removed from your active GalaxyGrails.io inventory right away — not when the transfer completes. If the request is canceled or times out, they come back.
  2. You pay through Stripe Checkout. You have 24 hours to complete payment. Unpaid requests are automatically canceled and the cards return to your inventory.
  3. We review the request. Paid transfers are reviewed before processing.
  4. GalaxyGrails.io initiates the vault-to-vault transfer within PSA's system — your card moves from GalaxyGrails.io's custodial account to your personal PSA Vault account.
  5. The card appears in your PSA Vault account, governed from that point by your agreement with PSA.

The card never leaves PSA's vault facility. No physical shipping, carriers, or delivery addresses are involved.

You'll receive an email at each stage — when payment is confirmed, if a request is rejected or canceled for non-payment, and when the transfer completes.

Risk of loss​

  • While in GalaxyGrails.io's custody: cards are covered by PSA's vault insurance. See Storage & Vault for details.
  • After transfer: once the card is transferred to your PSA Vault account, it is governed entirely by your own PSA Vault account terms. GalaxyGrails.io is no longer responsible for the card.

Fees​

A vault transfer carries a per-card transfer fee, plus the standard Stripe payment processing fee on the total. Both are itemized on the checkout page before you confirm, so you always see the full cost up front.

Current fee amounts are shown in the app and may change over time. There is no storage fee, no insurance fee, and no minimum number of cards per transfer.

PSA and Collectors terms​

By transferring your cards to your PSA Vault account, you agree that the PSA Vault will make an account in your name and also agree to the Collectors User Agreement and PSA Vault Terms of Service and acknowledge the Collectors Privacy Policy:

These are PSA's and Collectors' own terms and may be updated by them from time to time — please review them directly for current details. Once a card is in your PSA Vault account, your relationship with PSA governs it.
