🎥 Channels

Channels are live Packs and Breaks hosted in collaboration with partnered streamers and creators.

The key difference from a global Break: the streamer opens pulls on your behalf rather than pulls opening automatically. When you purchase a Break pull on a Channel, the streamer controls when it's revealed. A Pack pull reveals instantly, as it does anywhere else. That makes it a watch-party experience where the whole audience shares in each pull moment together.

Finding a Show

Streamers schedule each Show in advance, with a title, date and time, so you always know when the next one is happening. Shows appear on GalaxyGrails.io's public schedule, and each Channel has its own page listing the show that's live right now, upcoming shows (soonest first) and past shows.

  • Bookmark a show to get an email when it goes live.
  • Follow a Channel to get an email whenever it goes live.

A Show moves through these states: scheduled while it's on the calendar, live once it starts, and completed when it wraps. A scheduled show that doesn't start is canceled about an hour after its start time.

During a Show

The show plays right on the show page, next to the Breaks and the chat.

  • Packs sell in the show too. While a show is live, Packs are sold in its room, everyone watches the pull, and the host earns their normal commission on them, the same as on Breaks.
  • More than one Break can run in a show, including Head-to-Heads. You see every pull, whichever Break you have selected.
  • Chat with the room. A crown marks the host and a shield marks the moderators, and only they can post links. You can pop the chat out into its own window.
  • Spotlighted cards. A card the host highlights appears on everyone's screen. This works for Pack cards too.

Everything else works exactly the same as in the Global room:

  • Real graded cards: same PSA-authenticated cards, Secured by PSA Vault under your account
  • Buyback Program: sell a card back at the offered price before its buyback offer ends
  • Account funds & withdrawals: funds are credited and managed the same way
  • Primed pulls, EV tracking and Buyer Protection: on standard Breaks, odds update live and Buyer Protection applies just like any other standard Break
  • Fairness & verifiable randomness: same Chainlink VRF-backed system; replayable and auditable after the Break ends
  • A Channel's Breaks are associated with that Channel so you can easily find the right room

The only thing the streamer controls is the timing of Break reveals. Your cards, your funds, and your rights are the same as in any other Pack or Break. The hosting streamer cannot buy Packs or Breaks in their own show.

One exception: referrals. Referral commissions are earned on qualifying Pack and Break purchases in the Global room only. Purchases on a Channel, of either kind, do not earn referral commissions for the referrer.
