💳 Account Funds

Payments, deposits, and account balances are powered by Stripe for secure, PCI-compliant transactions.

💵 What you can do​

Your GalaxyGrails.io account lets you:

  • Use credits to buy more packs
  • Receive instant proceeds from buybacks
  • Withdraw your balance easily via Stripe (standard Stripe processing fees may apply)

🔒 Deposit Hold Policy​

Withdrawals from new deposits are subject to a brief 3-calendar-day security hold — a standard fraud-prevention measure designed to protect both collectors and the platform.

The hold period begins when the deposit is confirmed by Stripe. Deposited funds remain fully usable for pack purchases on the Platform during the hold; only withdrawal is restricted.

After the hold expires, funds are fully available for withdrawal or continued use on GalaxyGrails.io. Buyback proceeds are not subject to the deposit hold — they're available for withdrawal immediately.

🆔 Identity verification (KYC)​

Before your first deposit, you must complete a one-time identity verification through Stripe Identity. See KYC Process for the full flow.

🏦 Linking your Stripe payout account​

To withdraw funds you must maintain a valid, active Stripe account linked to your GalaxyGrails.io account. If you do not set up or maintain a valid Stripe account, you will be unable to withdraw your funds.
