📦 Shipping

When you're ready to take physical possession of a card, request a shipment from your account. Our vault custodian carefully packs and ships your card directly to your verified address.

Before you ship​

  • You must have completed identity verification (KYC) before your first shipment request. See KYC Process for details.
  • You must have a verified shipping address on file.
  • Any applicable shipping fees and taxes are disclosed before you confirm.

How fulfillment works​

  • The vault custodian fulfills and ships directly to your verified address using insured carriers of the vault custodian's choosing.
  • Shipments include the vault custodian's shipping insurance and may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
  • GalaxyGrails.io does not itself provide shipping updates or select carriers — the vault custodian handles all fulfillment logistics.

Risk of loss​

  • While in vault storage: cards are covered by the vault custodian's vault insurance.
  • During shipping: cards are covered by the vault custodian's shipping insurance while in transit. In the event a card is lost or damaged during shipping, your recourse is governed by the vault custodian's insurance and claims policies. GalaxyGrails.io will cooperate reasonably to assist you in filing a claim.
  • Upon delivery: you assume all risk of loss upon confirmed delivery to the address you provided.

Fees and timing​

Shipping fees vary by destination and carrier and will be disclosed before you confirm your shipment request. Sales tax (if applicable) is calculated at the time of shipping — see Sales Tax for details.
